MotherooHQ Store Website: store.motheroohq.com Last updated: 12 October 2026
Welcome to MotherooHQ Store. These Terms and Conditions apply when you use our website or purchase our digital products, including homeschool unit studies, printable activities and educational resources. Please read them before making a purchase.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer right or guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
1. General Terms
Our store and purchasing process are intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase, or have a parent or guardian make the purchase on your behalf.
You agree to use the website lawfully and not to interfere with its security, misuse download links or attempt to access another customer’s information or purchases.
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with an updated date. Changes apply to future purchases and do not retrospectively remove rights relating to an existing order. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
2. Product Information and Availability
Our products are digital resources unless a product listing expressly states otherwise. Please review the description, included content, file format and preview before purchasing.
A preview shows selected pages and may not display the entire product. Only the content described as included in your purchase is supplied. A reference to a future week, section or product does not mean it is included or currently available.
We take reasonable care to keep descriptions, prices and images accurate. If we identify a material error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain it and arrange an appropriate resolution. We will not substitute materially different content or charge a higher price without your agreement.
Prices and availability may change for future purchases. Unless otherwise stated, prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD). Any applicable taxes or additional charges will be disclosed before you confirm payment.
3. Orders and Payment
You agree to provide accurate checkout information, including an email address where you can receive your order confirmation and download link.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, such as PayPal. Their terms and privacy policies also apply to their payment services. We receive the transaction information needed to confirm payment and manage your order.
Payment approval or a return to our website does not necessarily mean payment has cleared. Access to purchased downloads is released after successful payment confirmation. Pending, failed or cancelled payments do not qualify for download access.
We may decline or cancel an order for a reasonable cause, such as suspected fraud, an unavailable product or a payment-processing problem. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will arrange a refund of the amount paid for the cancelled order.
4. Digital Delivery and Access
Our digital products are delivered electronically. No physical item is shipped unless the listing expressly states otherwise.
After successful payment confirmation, an order email will be sent to the checkout email address with access to the purchased download. Where available, download links will also appear on the order-confirmation page or in your customer account.
If the email does not arrive, check your spam, junk and promotions folders, then contact us. Email delivery or payment confirmation may occasionally be delayed by the payment provider, email service or a technical issue.
You are responsible for having a suitable device and software to open the stated file format. PDF products require a compatible PDF reader. Printing costs are not included in the product price.
Any download limits or expiry periods will be disclosed for the product or order. Please save a personal backup of your purchased file. If you have an access problem, contact us so we can assist.
5. Subscriptions, If Offered
A purchase is a one-off payment unless it is expressly advertised and selected as a subscription. Purchasing an individual unit-study week does not automatically enrol you in future purchases or recurring payments.
If a subscription is offered, its price, billing interval, included content, renewal arrangements and cancellation method will be disclosed before you subscribe. Recurring payments require your agreement to those arrangements.
You may cancel future renewals using the cancellation method provided for the subscription or by contacting us. Please cancel before the next scheduled renewal to prevent that renewal charge. Cancellation does not remove any refund or other remedy you are entitled to under applicable law.
The effect of cancellation on access to subscription-only content will be explained in the subscription offer. We will not apply undisclosed access restrictions retrospectively.
6. Refunds and Product Problems
We do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations solely because you change your mind after a digital purchase has been completed. Please review the product details and preview before buying.
This change-of-mind policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy if a product is faulty, materially different from its description or otherwise fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee.
If you receive a corrupted file, the wrong product or an inaccessible download, contact us with your order details and a description of the problem. We will assess the issue and provide assistance or an appropriate remedy. You are not required to accept technical assistance in place of a refund or other remedy to which you are legally entitled.
7. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use
Unless otherwise identified, MotherooHQ owns or licenses the text, images, branding and other content on the website and in our products.
A purchase gives you a non-exclusive licence to use the purchased resource for personal, non-commercial use within your household, unless the product expressly includes a different licence. You may save a personal backup and print copies for use with children in your household.
You must not resell the file, share it or its download link outside your household, upload it to a public website or shared group, or reproduce or adapt it for commercial distribution without written permission. Ownership of the underlying intellectual property is not transferred by a purchase.
For classroom, group, organisational or other licensing enquiries, contact us before using or distributing the resource beyond the permitted licence. These terms do not restrict uses or exceptions permitted by applicable law.
8. Educational Use and Supervision
Our homeschool resources are designed for an adult to guide and adapt activities to a child’s age, readiness and needs. The supervising adult is responsible for choosing suitable activities, following safety directions and supervising the use of materials.
Educational content does not replace professional medical advice, emergency guidance or other qualified advice where needed. We do not promise a particular learning outcome.
This section does not exclude our responsibility to provide products that meet applicable consumer guarantees.
9. Website Availability and Liability
We take reasonable care to maintain the website, but access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or because of technical problems.
Our responsibility for a product or service problem, and any related loss or damage, is subject to applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or compensation rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. In particular, these terms do not impose a blanket exclusion of responsibility for faulty products, misleading descriptions or failures to meet consumer guarantees.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and handle personal information. It is available on our website. Payment providers and other external services may also have their own privacy policies.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Australia. Disputes may be dealt with by a court or tribunal with appropriate jurisdiction. Nothing in this section removes any mandatory protections or rights available to you under applicable law.
